Originally founded in 2004, Castleview Homes is a Property Solutions business that services the Worthing district and its surrounding areas from Littlehampton to Brighton, mid-Sussex and Surrey. Our modern and high-tech office is prominently located on Goring Road, positioned at the entrance to the renowned Goring Hall private estate. We have a recently refurbished and highly visible high-street office window that allows us to attract significant passing trade both on foot and road, so your property will get the full shopfront attention it deserves together with extensive online advertisement on our website and major online property portals. Should you wish to visit our office for a chat, we have a range of complementary chilled soft drinks and hot drinks for your enjoyment, and a private Boardroom to undertake meetings where confidentiality is required.

Security Deposit Capped at 5 weeks rent for annual rental under £50,000, or 6 weeks rent for annual rental over £50,000

Changes to tenancy Capped at £50 (inc VAT if applicable)

Early termination charge Not exceeding the landlord's financial losses

Late payment of rent Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is 14 days overdue

Replacement keys Reasonable costs or give the tenant the option to purchase themselves

Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated in contract
