Originally founded in 2004, Castleview Homes is a Property Solutions business that services the Worthing district and its surrounding areas from Littlehampton to Brighton and inland covering mid-Sussex. We are based in Goring-by-sea with offices on the famous Goring Hall private estate and where needed can meet at our office in Ashurst Drive for any face-to-face meetings to discuss on a personal level your property solution requirements.

Our service line specialisms cover Sales, Lettings, and Development of Residential, Commercial, and Management of property of all types from flats and houses through to land and investment with additional enhanced services for Planning Services, Construction Services and Value Creation/Enhancement Services.

The Principle Property Consultant and Owner of Castleview Homes, Manou Amirpashaie, has himself been highly active in the local residential and commercial property buying, selling, operating and lettings business for 36 years and has a vast amount of local knowledge and experience of what it takes to successfully buy and sell property of all type. The hands-on knowledge and experience that Manou would bring to buyers and sellers would certainly bring enhanced value add to the goals and ambitions of anyone wishing to buy, sell, develop, and let property.
